Companies need to make sure they keep up with any changes in employment law as well as developing their own policies to keep their employees happy. As a human resources – HR – officer, also known as a personnel officer, you’ll be responsible for developing policies and procedures relating to the staff employed by your organisation.



  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology or any equivalent field
  • Should have at least minimum working experience of 2 years in a Human Resource Environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English is a must, other language is advantage
  • Good decision making, career coaching and headhunting qualities is required for the position
  • Preferably residing within Sta Ana Manila or nearby areas



  • recruiting, training and developing staff
  • making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • pensions and benefits administration
  • approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • organising staff training sessions and activities
  • monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
  • ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
  • negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
